What affects the price
Siding pricing depends on material choice, the square footage of wall area, how much rot repair shows up once the old material comes off, and access around the house. Rot is the honest unknown in this trade: your written estimate states what is included and how hidden damage is priced if we find it.

Common questions
How do I know if my siding needs replacement?

Can you repair just the damaged sections?
